The most important thing to do for training is be consistent. That means get out the door and run! The summer runner schedule that you are asked to do has nothing magically specific, just a weekly time goal. YOU decide how to divvy that up. Remember though, make at least one of your runs longer than the rest.
At first glance the process might seem confusing. It is simple, You are given a ball-park target for your “age” as a runner. Each week your minutes are a percentage of that max total. Only one week in the summer will you run that.
